These terms cover your use of Outreaching.in, operated by Huntfortomorrow, D-608, Stellar Jeewan, Greater Noida West, 201318, India. By creating a workspace you agree to them.

What the service does

Outreaching.in sends connection requests and messages on LinkedIn from LinkedIn accounts you connect, following sequences you define. It acts through your own accounts. It does not create accounts for you and does not send on behalf of anyone who has not connected their account.

Your account and your LinkedIn accounts

• You are responsible for the LinkedIn accounts you connect and for having the right to use them.
• You are responsible for the people you contact and the content you send. We do not review your messages before they go out.
• LinkedIn's own terms apply to activity on LinkedIn. Automated activity can put an account at risk, and the pacing and caps in this product reduce that risk but cannot remove it.
• We may suspend a workspace that is being used to send unlawful content or that puts our providers at risk.

Billing

• Pricing is per connected LinkedIn sender, per month, in US dollars. The current price is shown on the pricing section of our site.
• Seats are counted from the senders connected to your workspace. Adding a sender increases what you are billed; removing one reduces it.
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not receive or store your card details.
• You can cancel at any time. See our refunds and cancellation policy.

Availability

We do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee. The service depends on LinkedIn and on third-party providers, and interruptions outside our control are possible.

Your data

How we handle the contacts you upload and the data we hold is set out in our privacy policy. You keep ownership of your data and can ask for it to be deleted.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to the email address on your workspace before they take effect.
