Outreaching.inPrivacy policy
This policy explains what Outreaching.in collects, why, and who it is shared with. The service is operated by Huntfortomorrow, D-608, Stellar Jeewan, Greater Noida West, 201318, India.
What we collect
- Your account — your name and email address, from Google when you sign in.
- Your billing details — the country you are billed in, and a phone number if you give one. Card details go to our payment processor and never reach our servers.
- Your LinkedIn accounts — the profile we are given for each sender you connect, and its sending activity.
- Your contacts — the spreadsheets you upload, and the profile details in them.
- Messages — the content you send through the service, and replies received on those conversations.
- Technical records — request logs, provider call logs and error reports, used to run and debug the service.
Who we share it with
- Our LinkedIn integration provider — connects to LinkedIn and carries out the sending. Contact details and message content pass through it.
- Our payment processor — payments. They receive your billing details; we receive confirmation and the last four digits of a card.
- Our cloud hosting provider — hosting, and storage of the spreadsheets you upload.
- Google — sign-in only.
These are our processors by role rather than by name. If you need the names — for a vendor review or a data-protection assessment — ask us and we will give you the current list.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
- Uploaded spreadsheets are deleted automatically 90 days after upload.
- Contacts, campaigns and message history are kept for as long as your workspace exists.
- Billing records are kept as long as the law requires, which is longer than the account itself.
Your choices
You can ask us to export or delete your data by writing to admin@huntfortomorrow.com. Deleting a workspace removes its contacts and campaigns; billing records are retained as above.
Contacts you upload
When you upload a list of people, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact them. We process that list on your instructions, as your processor.
